Multi-layer coating machine

Multi-layer coating machine (MPL-3) is intended for applying liquid layers on the flexible underlying surface (paper, lavsan, polyethylene, PVC films and foil), their drying, laminating and winding in a roll.
Impregnation of roll materials is possible

1. Number of applied layers – 4.
2. Foundation thickness – 20 - 200 µm.
3. Foundation width – 1200 ± 5 mm.
4. Layers application technique – die hole or the application roller.
5. Applied layers thickness - 10-100 µm.
6. Application width (maximal) – 1180 mm.
7. Foundation passing speed in duct - 3-30 m/min.
8. Speed maintenance accuracy – ±0.8%.
9. Rolling axles’ holddown pressure - 0-20 kg/cm².
